Staff
Pastor Sam Warwick is a 2003 graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. I have been serving United Methodist churches in South Carolian full time since 1999. My family and I came to McLeod UMC in June of 2007.
This is my third lifetime career. I worked for 15 years as a rental property locator and property manager. In 1990, I became a staff member at the Lancaster Recovery Center alcohol and drug rehab center in Lancaster, SC. Over the next nine and one half years, I worked as a detox tech, assessment and admission specialist, counselor in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as various administrative duties. Having surrendered to God's call on my life in 1997, I began taking classes at LTSS, being assigned as a full time local pastor in 1999.
My wife Dawn and I spend our free time doing mommy and daddy things with our four young children ages 3-7. We are blessed in our family, our church and our faith. God is Good!
